To view the status of your employee’s Badge issuance, select from the options and enter your search criteria. Both last name and first name fields need just the beginning few letters entered to execute a search. Results will display those employees who have applied for an Airport ID Badge.

"APPROVED" - Status means that the individual has been cleared and ready for Badge issuance.

"PENDING" - Status means that the individual is still being processed. You may need to check back daily for an updated status.

The applicant has 30 days from approval to be issued his/her Airport ID Badge. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a fee imposed on your company.

Once the individual has been issued a Badge, they will remain on the website for 30 days. If the individual has been approved for a CBP seal, they will remain on the website for 30 days from their approval date.
